Return Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, all parts must be returned in their original condition. This means that the item must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns up to 60 days after the date of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please message us and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please message us with your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed from our account to your original payment method account within 1 business day. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Most banks and credit card companies take 2 to 4 business days to process.
